In this article we’ll dive deeper into understanding our newfound Psychic Abilities, which we began in Part 1 ‘Are you psychic? Of course you are!
As I mentioned before, this kind of information is coming into us all the time. The conscious mind is focused on whatever it is we need to do as part of our daily routine. Psychic information is there in the background. For most of us it doesn’t surface until we get into a situation where that information can break through. When we are in danger, and often when we are in great need, our intuition or psychic abilities move to the forefront of our consciousness. People talk about these kinds of events, thinking that it’s a one-time thing. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Psychic ability is there for us to use to improve our lives when we learn how to call on it.
Most of us have spent our lives learning how to use deductive reasoning, become critical thinkers, and to use our logical skills. Stepping into the world of psychic ability does not mean that you leave these skills behind. You take these skills with you as you explore the new world in front of you. When you use your logical skills and psychic ability together life becomes much easier and more enjoyable in many unexpected ways.
When you first get interested in psychic ability, the logical thing to do is to take a class. In most classes, the psychic will teach you how he or she gets information. While this is always interesting, it’s not always effective. If you are already receiving psychic information, it makes sense to uncover how your information is already coming to you. As you learn to get in touch with your own intuition and trust it, it will guide you forward as you move into new territory.
This is one of the most valuable and necessary skill in today’s world. No matter what field you want to pursue, being able to draw on your own intuitive psychic abilities can be an extremely useful asset. So, for the next 6 weeks, I am making a special offer for personalized psychic/intuition training.
In the meantime, I suggest that you start keeping track of your hunches, inklings, or any ideas that you have about what’s to come in the future. Whether it’s work related, it’s about people you know, or people that you see in the news, write it down briefly and date what you write.
After a month of keeping track, go back and read what you have written. Notice how often you were right. Then ask yourself, “Did I see a picture of this happening? Did I tell myself this is going to happen? Or did I just know what was going to happen?”
When you do this, you’re going to start to notice a pattern. This pattern will begin to give you an idea of how you are already getting psychic information.
Remember the first law of psychology “what you reinforce you get more of”. So, this is the time to start asking more questions. Just like learning a new language, you ask simple questions. This might mean questions with yes or no answers. You also want to ask questions that have little to no consequence if you don’t get the correct answer. Simple questions such as “which way should I take to go to work? Is there going to be more traffic? Or is one way faster than the other?” Another thing you can ask is which elevator door is will open first, or how many messages do I have on my voicemail? These are all questions that have answers that can be verified very quickly. And just like everything else we all love it when we are right!
Although this way is much slower, if you follow the suggestions I recommended you will start to see your own pattern and strengthen that pattern through practice.
